From first-time customers to those that have a long-term relationship with us, our priority is customer satisfaction. All customers are invited to take part in Loop Telecom’s personalized training. Proper installation and configuration of our products allows our customers to enjoy seamless networking and trouble-free usage. Training focuses on four key aspects: operation, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintenance.
Loop Telecom customers can choose from the following options:
  • Remote training
    • Through WebEx, a free online program that allows screen sharing during a conference call
  • Customized training
    • On location at the customer’s installation site
    • At Loop Telecom headquarters in Hsinchu, Taiwan
