SDH/SONET IMAP (Integrated Multi-Services Access Platform)
has
been successfully deployed in a number of offices in Indian Government. Loop-O9500
is used for
providing voice, data and Ethernet networks with an up-link up to STM-4
capacity of its SDH backbone. Indian
Government considers this is an essential measure
toward their network evolutions.
The
Loop-O9500 SDH/SONET IMAP (Integrated Multi-Services Access Platform) is a
cost-effective STM-1/4
(OC-3/12) access multiplexer designed to providing integrated access for STM-1/4 (OC-3/12) optical
lines through either a non-blocking VC11/VC12/VC3/VC4 cross-connect with its HS (high-speed) modules, or through an additional
non-blocking DS0 cross-connect fabric with associated
data/voice, LS (low-speed)
modules.
